Our experienced and passionate team ensures a seamless dedicated service, from managing connectivity and utilities through to workspace cleaning and offering healthy snacks and refreshments. You’ll receive the same exceptional level of service and operations that we provide across all IPUT-managed buildings.

Our on-demand amenities provide further efficiency and flexibility. The amenities at Fifteen George’s Quay and Pearse Street are the perfect complement to your workspace. Available to Studio members and occupiers across the IPUT portfolio, these added features are designed to enhance, collaboration, productivity and comfort.

Responsible delivery and operation

Studio workspaces feature low-carbon fixtures and furnishings, including LED lights, carbon-neutral carpet tiles and are water-efficient. We conduct life cycle assessments for each workspaces to measure and reduce carbon in our design, delivery and operation.

Building energy

Our workspaces are managed for efficiency, using smart metering and building management expertise to optimise utility use and building performance. All Studio workspaces are part of our target to operate at net zero carbon by 2030.

Transforming spaces with art

Studio is a creative hub, where the fabric of our buildings inspires our occupiers. Across our workspaces, you will discover original art commissioned by IPUT Real Estate from talented Irish artists, celebrating local creativity and sparking new ideas. We commissioned Shane O’Driscoll to create a visual language that can be seen across our Studio workspaces.
